Accessibility Statement
Joy Garage Services wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or magnification.
Our goal
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical.
What we have done
- Built the pages with semantic HTML, with a "Skip to content" link and a logical heading order.
- Made every function work with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Used readable text sizes and strong color contrast, and labeled every form field.
- Made phone numbers tappable on mobile devices.
- Respected the "reduce motion" setting.
- Ran an automated accessibility check of the home page (Lighthouse, which uses the axe-core engine) on October 8, 2026.
Known limits
Automated tools find only some problems. We have not yet completed a manual review using only a keyboard and a screen reader (such as VoiceOver or NVDA). We will add the results here when it is done. Photographs are being added to the website. We will give each one a text description. Some features come from third parties, such as fonts and analytics, and we do not control their accessibility.
